Due to Covid-19, Study permit was selected as an essential business sector to reinvent immigration growth. Before 2020, study permits relied on paper applications and processing time could take over 4 months. With social distancing and lockdown in place, these structures need to be digitized and reimagined to better suit clients’ needs. I supported the creation of a dynamic study permit extension e-Application that would replace the tradiaitional paper format with a more accessible and consistent digital application.
